PestCare.co.za is a lead matching service. We connect individuals seeking pest control services with pest control professionals ("PCOs") in their area. We are not a pest control company and do not provide pest control services directly.

2. No Guarantee of Service

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, or that a pest control professional will be available in your area. We make reasonable efforts to match requests but cannot guarantee outcomes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

PestCare.co.za does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of services provided by any pest control professional matched through our platform. Any agreement entered into is solely between you and the PCO.

4. Accuracy of Information

Educational content on this site (pest identification, treatment descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes only and should not replace a professional assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on pestcare.co.za is the property of PestCare South Africa and may not be reproduced without permission.
