Yes. Submitting a quote request costs nothing, and receiving quotes from matched professionals costs nothing. You only ever pay the pest control company you choose to hire — PestCare itself never charges you a fee.

We are a lead-matching service, not a pest control company. We connect your request with pest control operators (PCOs) in your area. Our service to you is free; our relationship for generating revenue is with the professionals we work with, not with homeowners submitting requests.

We work only with registered, reputable pest control operators. We do not list unlicensed individuals. If you have a question about a specific professional's credentials, you're welcome to ask them directly when they contact you — a legitimate operator will answer this without hesitation.

Your details are forwarded only to the pest control professional(s) matched to your request. We do not display your information publicly, and we do not sell it to marketing companies. See our full Privacy Policy for details on retention and your rights under POPIA.

We work with a limited number of PCOs per city specifically to avoid this. You should expect to hear from a small number of matched professionals, not a flood of unrelated calls.

There is no obligation at any stage. You can compare quotes and decide not to proceed with any of them — nothing is owed and no cancellation is required.

We currently cover Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and East London, for cockroaches, rats and mice, bed bugs, termites, ants, bees and wasps, fleas, mosquitoes, and spiders. We are expanding to more cities regularly.

Most requests receive a response within a few hours during business hours, often by phone or WhatsApp. Response times can vary depending on the city, pest type, and time of submission.
